"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking...

"It is a good place to stay if you are in for a few weeks. The kitchen is good if you are doing simple cooking. On the other hand cooking involving boiling frying causes water to condensate as the air is humid as well. It is close enough to amenities. You need to be able to walk reasonably well. "

"We had an amazing stay. From the beautiful property to the help at the frontt desk, everything was perfect. Beautiful property and plenty of room in the apartment. Loved the balcony. One of the best features was at the end....We were not scheduled to leave the city until late in the afternoon, but they held our luggage and provided towels for the pool. Most other places will kick you out at 11, but they welcomed the extra stay and made you feel at home. "

"Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious and also very quiet, which was good. The location was also good - walk distance to beach, old town and the stripe. The meal (breakfast and dinner) was average. One thing not very happy was for arrange a taxi to Faro airport - was told by the front desk staff that they could arrange taxi with fixed price of 50euro but actually the driver charged by meter for 56euro saying never be fixed "

"Great location to the strip. Nice big rooms complete with large kitchen and bathroom - perfect for 3 or 4 people. Pool area was really good including the bar. Bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad at all. Can be a bit noisy as allows pets but other than that brilliant stay! "

"2nd visit, last visiting in 2022. Great location being very close to the beach and a very easy evening stroll to Old Town (where we mostly went) and New Town. Nice quiet hotel, large rooms, good WiFi. There is no pool bar or entertainment but isnt a problem with 4 shops, 2 bars and 2 restaurants literally within 50m of the door. Rooms cleaned every day. Taxi pre booked from airport was very reasonable. Lovely quiet area, great for couple holiday."

"We had an excellent experience. The rooms were stocked with all the amenities and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar at sunset was breathtaking. The ambiance throughout the hotel was beautiful. It was a very relaxing, luxurious vacation. We thank the management and staff for their excellent service!"

"We had a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with a view of the garden and well kept pool (sadly not s the right time of year to enjoy it). It was an advantage to be able to prepare breakfasts there, for other meals we sampled some of the many local restaurants. The front room has Air Conditioning with “Heat” mode which was needed. There is a secure car park and our agenda was such that we mostly drove, but it seems like a safe area for walking also. There were a couple of rather minor technical...

"Our room was block d, we had the sea view. It was amazing during sunset time. The staffs were amazing. Answered any question we had. As we arrived early, our room wasn’t ready but we was told we can use the other facilities until our room was ready. It was walking distance to the strip. I would say around 10 minutes. The beach walking distance too. The only negative thing I would say is the food option could be better. Sadly I wouldn’t say all inclusive was worth it when u see the food option. Breakfast was good though. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend it to others :) "
