Lovely one night stay. Quick and efficient check in (allowed us to leave bags and use pool as we were very early) Room lovely, clean and spacious. Very quiet so good nights sleep. Will return if in Murcia again

Unfortunately, my watch was stolen from my room
Posted 9 Dec 2023 on HotelsFirst, I must point out the hotel is well located around a few restaurants and shopping centres, and is only a 25-minutes’ walk into the main town square. The front desk staff were good and helped where they could. But unfortunately, I have to give an overall 2 Star Rating for this hotel as I made a rookie mistake, and in my rush to get to a meeting I accidently left my watch in my work bag. When I returned it appeared that a member of the cleaning staff searched my bag and stole my watch. I reported this to the front desk and was told that they are very sorry this happened and that was it. No follow up, no incident report. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I have to say this is the first time this has happened. It a shame as I did like this hotel for the location but as a result of this incident, I will not be staying in this hotel again on any future trips to Murcia.

Good Stay

The shower was very good
The bed was very, very comfortable
Didn't try the breakfast - 12 euros each - too expensive.
We had breakfast in a cafe outside the hotel
