Nice hotel at a good price

Pros: Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable.
Cons: Not a problem for me in particular but the mini bar only had two bottles of water and nothing else. Plenty of places to buy drinks etc close by.
Location: Short walk to cathedral and the atmospheric squares. Plenty of cafes and eating places close by.
Pleasant hotel situated near Murcia city centre, close to the city's main attractions.

Nice Hotel, Was without Wifi though
Posted 20 Jul 2015 on HotelsEVerything was lovely about the hotel except I had wifi maybe 10% of the night I was there. Murcia was my stop before going to a smaller in town in Spain where wifi is very scarce for the next three weeks, so it was very inconvenient that I had barely any while I was there. The hotel knew they would be losing wifi but didnt inform me when I checked in or offer any type of compensation.

An enjoyable night in the City of Murcia

Cons: Nothing to improve
Location: Right in the centre of Murcia near the Cathedral and a beautiful Square and also near the University where there all various very good Tapas bars
We were warmly welcomed by the Manager who spoke fluent English and was charming.
Our room was spotlessly cleaned and had a view of the courtyard which we had asked for. The hotel used to be a Palace so has history and atmosphere. Although in the centre of Murcia the double glazing kept the noise out and the air conditioning worked a treat!
All in all a very enjoyable stay-my fourth visit!

Perfect Hotel
Posted 9 Jun 2014A friendly, ideally placed hotel in the centre of Murcia. Easy to find, helpful, competent staff. Comfortable, clean well decorated rooms. Very much enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

VERY SATISFACTORY STAY
Posted 15 Apr 2014 on HotelsA very comfortable well located hotel, a few steps to the Cathedrial. Staff friendly, lobby attractive. Get breakfast included, as the buffet is not worth the extra charge. All in all very satisfactory.

Central location, friendly staff
