The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and the city center, but is in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and functional, in good or excellent condition.

The front desk people are extremely friendly and helpful with maps , directions and places to see.
Jose was very kind with us. He let us borrow a bottle opener and the TV in the lobby to watch a movie with our friends.

A very nice hotel
Posted 28 Feb 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was in the Vista Alegre area and quite tricky to find in the warren of streets. We checked in easily and the man on reception was polite and helpful. There were 2 lifts. Our room was well-furnished and had a fridge. The bathroom was well-designed and functional.We were impressed by how clean it all was. Also the room was thoroughly serviced daily and smelt fresh and pleasant. For what we paid, we felt we got excellent value.
