OK for skiing
Posted 11 Jul 2024 on HotelsRoom was very warm and blackout curtains did not do their jobs properly : it seems the hotel is optimized for winter sports.
Sauna was closed and usage of the pools - which is the reason we booked - were an extra SEK 250 per person. That should have been clearly indicated on the reservation page.

Nice breakfast and food in restaurant.
Wonderful pool area. Room had good size but renovation is needed. Area outside of hotel is not good at all. Ice like a skating rink and we talked to reception but no action., people fell and hurt them selves a disaster. Very young staff and some of them were sleepy and no client focus. This is a overall proplem with young people. The chef in kitchen very professional.
