We had a great time at the Bent Creek Lodge Bed & Breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and staff were very friendly. We will certainly come back.

The lodge was just lovely. The natural environment and location very special. Randy, the proprietor and all his staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

David; first time visit

The staff was exceptional; as was the eco-friendly outdoor atmosphere; my only concern for future visits is I reserved the rhododendron room on Expedia but was given the bike room upon arrival!!! Not sure, nor do I care about the cost but I think the rhododendron room has a queen size bed and the room I stayed in only has a full size bed; not a deal breaker though!!!!!

Hi David,It was a pleasure having y'all stay with us for one night this week. Thanks for the kind review. We have 7 rooms with queen size beds and 3 rooms with kings. We do not have any "full size" beds. I personally changed your Expedia reservation from the Rhodo room to the Bike room because that room is a tad larger in square footage. Both rooms feature queen size beds. The Bike room has two sitting chairs instead of one, a much nicer and larger writing desk. I thought you'd be more comfortable with the free upgrade. Sorry about the misunderstanding and the perceived slight. We strive to under promise and over deliver in all of our business in our quest to delight each customer. I'm disappointed that we couldn't correct the issue while you were staying with us and that the misunderstanding made your stay with us less than worthy of a five star review---or even a 10. If you need a stay-cation in the future, we'd be happy to see y'all again.

Beautiful place to stay Very homey feeling lodge Breakfast and homemade snacks were fantastic Staff very friendly and helpful Will defiantly be going back

We had a great time. THe only negative I might have was there is no TV in the room. We were going to watch the game but did not what to stay in the Lounge. Over all it was fantastic.

Perfect Getaway

Love this place!! Away from the crowds and nestled in nature…it’s just perfect. Rooms are clean and cozy, breakfast is fabulous and BCL team is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
