Charming hotel in the centre of Arcos
Posted 21 Apr 2024 on HotelsStayed for one night in this Morrocan style designed hotel. The staff was very friendly, and unlike in many other hotels in the Andalucia, the owner spoke perfect english. There was no space outside the hotel to park our car but there's an underground car park around the corner where you can leave your car for a discounted price. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The old town was within a walking distance from the hotel.

Adorable luxury

A meh experience
Posted 17 Apr 2017 on HotelsFirst the front desk agent couldn't find our reservation. Then she put us in the wrong room category (lacking a terrace). Next we had to take our bags up 2 flights of stairs. The floor in the room had dry wine stains and you couldn't lock the balcony door. I would avoid this place.

Posted 7 May 2012 on HotelsThis is an old place with some upgrades and a basic comfort. Any downsides were overcome by the great service provided by Emiiio at the front desk. When the Wifi didn't work, he took are of that. When we wanted recommendations about places to eat, he provided several options and suggested what to order.

Hotel is ok
Posted 29 Dec 2010Location of hotel was convenient, close to everything we wanted to see. 24hr Parking structure was nearby for our car. Our room was overlooking main street and it was very noisy at night. Didn't have any sleep, no rest during our 1 night stay. Room was inexpensive, good enough to stay for 1 night just request for a room away from the street. Restaurant located in hotel was good.
