Don’t let the name fool you. This place has nothing to do with wellness. Knew Iit was a scam when I had to pass by an employee smoking at the entrance. No internet, uncomfortable mattress about 5” thick that overhung the bed. NOISY!!!!! Who has tile hallways in a hotel? Tired and dated decor, room was drab, uninspired breakfast, staff was polite, but not helpful. Stay away.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Niemals 4 Sterne!
Leider sehr enttäuschend. Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Keine Klima im Zimmer bei über 30 Grad. Keine 4 Sterne, höchstens 2. Frühstück Katastrophe. Man muss um alles betteln und von Service keine Rede. Sehr unfreundlich. Von Wellness haben wir nichts gesehen. Zimmer überteuert. Mehrmals Feueralarm! Lift funktioniert nur auf Anfrage. Während wir da waren, waren fast nur Kinder da. Jugendreisegruppe oder so mit Messe im Garten. Hat mit Wellness Resort nichts zu tun. Ausstattung alt und verbraucht. Das Hotel hat schon seine beste Zeit hinter sich.

personale molto cortese, struttura situata vicino Arcidosso e nella strada per recarsi sulla vetta del monte Amiata. colazione buona e varia. camera molto grande con annesso bagno molto spazioso. il centro benessere con 2 piccole piscine con bocchette idromassaggi non tutte funzionanti, percorso kneipp, cabine con saune e grotta di sale, e docce emozionali. sala con lettini molto bella dopo gustare una tisana. nel complesso una buona struttura dove potrei tornare se sono in zona

Die Küche ist super und die Leute sind sehr nett. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, die Ecke im Zimmer war grau. Schwimmbad nicht geöffnet, WC Frauen in der Sauna war defekt, kein Warmwasser zu duschen. Sauna und Dampfbad muss mit Badeanzug betreten werden. Rund um das Haus und bei den Eingängen hat es Unkraut. Die Reinigungskraft ist 2x ins Zimmer geplatzt ohne vorher anzuklopfen. Etwas Ausbildung und Renovation würde dem Anwesen gut tun

Beautiful hotel with welcoming and kind staff. We arrived really late and were looking for a place to eat, so they even reopened the kitchen for us just so we could get a good meal before bedtime. The room and bathroom was really clean and the bed comfortable! The shower had a good water pressure. We would definitely recommend and go back to this hotel.
