Awful, we were in town for the Rose bowl game and parade. I am an Expedia VIP as I travel a lot for work, I rarely post but feel the need to share to anyone out there who is considering this hotel, don’t do it! The list:
1) the tv was constantly broken and the volume would not work, they tried fixing it twice and after that we gave up as there were two tv’s in the “suite”
2) room smelled old and moldy
3) you had to absolutely slam the door shut it as it was partly broke, requested maintenance numerous times- never arrived
4) rooms were unbelievably hot, gave us an excuse that this use to be a “fire house” and the pipes were hot, offered us a fan- room must have been nearly 80 degrees
5) had to request room service as we were
There 5 nights they skipped our room twice - 3 cleanings they did not even sweep
6) charged for parking when no other hotel is round does that
7) there was 1 nice lady at the front desk, all others were rude or just did not care
8) when I checked out there systems were “down” so was unable to print a receipt, can’t wait to see what the bill looks like
9) pool was good, was warm the hot tub was a very yellow color
If you are in the area DON’T DO/ stay somwhere else. I paid nearly $400 a night due to it being New Years time , was worth $100 tops. Absolutely fell like I was robbed of $2200 dollars.

There was ONE lady at the front desk who was fantastic, everyone else very poor service and absolute rude or just did not care

Such kind staff members! We were there during the rose bowl! Very busy! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! It felt like home!

Honestly, I really loved my stay regarding the quality of the room, breakfast, and how convenient it is to go to good restaurants even in walking distance.
HOWEVER, my car's left rear tire literally went flat the day after I checked in, and it worked perfectly before. I think it's vandalism due to poor parking lot security. The thing is, they charge you $12 daily for parking, but at the same time tell you to "park at your own risk". This is such a joke. If I'm parking at my own risk, then I might as well park by the street. When I told the front desk lady, who is indeed very nice and friendly, she could not do anything to help rather than pulling up a towing service website for me...
I really like this hotel considering the comfort, but fixing my car for 2 days during a 7-day Christmas vacation ruined my travel plan. If I were to travel to Arcadia again, I probably won't choose here simply because of the lack of parking lot security and their parking policy. Either free parking at customer's own risk, or charged parking with protection of customer's vehicle. You simply CANNOT charge and not be responsible at the same time.

Breakfast too crowded … they had water reparations and Cutt the water an entire day and the worst part they charged me twice in my credit card

Doors slamming at random times of the day and night did not make it a pleasant stay. Staff members have been amazing, evening reception and breakfast choices were great.

I think the hotel air filter needed cleaning. The hotel is noisy because there is music playing all night considering we were sleeping in the 2nd flooor.
