"Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. He made sure that we got dinner before the restaurant was closing. "Really nice place, great view. Massive hill to climb. No Ubers, and near impossible to get a taxi. We couldn’t get one until day 3. Unless you rent a car don’t book this place. Getting to and from town and the ferry with luggage is a nightmare without a car. Walking on your own is ok, but takes time and you need to be in shape. "

"Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. "

"The property had a wonderful, spectacular view. The access to a garage was nice and convenient. Loved all the space in the apartment. Did not like the drive up all the winding roads. Also did not like having the first garage. Parking in it was a hassle from the steep slope and narrow driveway. "

"Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. "The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"We are 2 couples and absolutely loved the 2 large bedrooms with a balcony off both right on Lake Como. The office is conveniently right next door to get the keys and there is a great restaurant just a few feet in the other direction. Menaggio is a lovely, quiet town. There is a beautiful walkway along the lake with a surprise mini-golf course at the end! Easy walk to the ferry to get to the other towns, but expect long lines to get back on the ferry in Varenna and pure mayhem in Bellagio!!!...
