"The staff and service were great. The room was old and stuck in the 80's at best. The window AC was old and falling apart. The floor tiles were worn out in some parts. There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew ..."

"Caiu bastante a qualidade e variedade das opções do café da manhã, nos dois dias não tinha mamão, num deles o pão francês estava seco, a orelha de gato queimada, não houve reposição do queijo e os ovos mexidos não estava aprazível aos olhos. Longe do padrão de café de Chapecó, por exemplo."
