We have stayed in this hotel azul agave. On10/07/2023 My wife and I we were ready to check out on Saturday 10/08/2023 and we left the room but under the pillow I forgot my wallet with $20,000 cash and my credit cards ID well we went to check out and went to get our vehicle from the parking lot when I realized that I forgot my wallet in the room under the pillow. I asked in front desk and she said the people the clean the rooms they haven’t returned any wallet but the keep it for them since was $20,000 pesos in cash I spoke to the owner he didn’t take any responsibility of my wallet stolen from the cleaning people my advice to anyone stay in the hotel don’t stay but if you don’t have a choice take care your things of value don’t trust this place the worse’s places ever

Perfect stay in Arandas

The entire stay was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and shower was great. The ladies at reception were so kind and helpful too! I also loved the terrace on the 4th floor, it was great for lovely views of Arandas. We will definitely stay here again!

Tiny rooms. Stained sheets. Zero warm water. A shower built for children. And incredibly noisy.

My room was given to someone else. I even called several times and spoke to staff to make sure that didn’t happen.
