"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

"The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make my stay special, and we're so extremely friendly, considerate, and always cheerful. I've been in Korea for 6 weeks, in 5 different cities with stays in 11 different places, and the staff at the Hotel Wooyeon Flora are the absolute best customer service team I've encountered here. "Good location, very close to the bus terminal. Beautiful view over the river and the fortress. The room was nice and big. Breakfast was good and varied: I stayed 2 nights and there were different dishes the second morning, which was very nice. The young woman at the reception was lovely and very helpful."

"Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village."

"Very clean room, halls, elevators and breakfast room. Friendly staff. Good elevators. Good parking under hotel. I like to use stairs. The stairs are not clean as staff uses them as a break room and syarage area. Breakfast is healthy and adaquate but monotonous. No breakfast on Monday's. Near a nice park and lots of restaurants very near."

"Staying in a 300-year-old traditional house is indescribable. You have to experience it! If you want to get out of the bustle of Seoul see some history and Catholic pilgrimage sites, this the place to stay. You will not get a better experience any place else! The hosts will take good care of you and see that you are comfortable. I look forward to my next visit!"

"Owner was so kind and thoughtful.Extra clean inside the unit. If you visit there you may feel you are in the honeymoon trip.All decorations looked cute and gorgeous.Even there is a swimming pool.The only negative point is a location.It is located on the narrowed hill (kind of small mountain).Not easy to driving back and forth. You need to prepare your own food.Therefore this place is very quiet,good for the meditation. I want to visit again. "
