Very poor communication. Asked for extra night and found out last minute that my room isn’t available and the hotel was completely booked out.

Staff were very polite and ready for help with any requests. Breakfast is amazing. Several shops within the hotel for last minute gift or grocery. Shuttle to haram service is every 30 - 45 min both ways.
