"Bem localizada para quem deseja ir ao Beach park (10 minutos de caminhada pela praia). Os pontos de melhoria são o café da manhã e restaurante que deixam a desejar. Na baixa lotação eles reduzem a variedade reposição etc e na alta lotação não consegue atender e dar vazão."

"É um condomínio com vários blocos (cerca de 60). A unidade de hospedagem fica no bloco 34, o mais próximo da praia e de um dos restaurantes. Trata-se de um apartamento completo, com três suítes e mais um banheiro. O café da manhã (relativamente simples, mas farto) é servido em um dos dois restaurante do condomínio, que também oferecem almoço e petiscos durante o dia. "Experiência maravilhosa nessa acomodação. O apartamento muito bom e o condomínio com várias opções de lazer. A comunicação ótima! Sempre respondiam prontamente. Amamos e indicamos. Alguns pontos de melhoria já foram repassados e atendidos. Por exemplo: a pia da varanda que estava entupida e a limpeza do banheiro que tinham alguns pelos. Nada que atrapalhou nosso período, mas que pode ser melhorado. "

"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "

"Nossas expectativas foram superadas. O hotel esta de parabéns em todos os quesitos (localização, café da manhã, limpeza, cordialidade). Ganhamos voucher de boas vindas para utilizar nas barras Crocobeach e Chico do Carangueijo.Única ressalva para a tv que estava com poucos canais liberados e bloqueio para acessar aplicativos.
