Value for money with a great view

Value for money room with a great view. No negatives for the hotel, but outside the hotel there are beggars who will nag you several times, which is a bit discomforting

Good location in the center of Aqaba. Clean room and comfortable bed that has enough cushion to absorb the hips and shoulders. Sanad at reception stood out. He is incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, not because it's his job, but because that is his natural personality. He is one of the most genuine people I've encountered in a hotel. Lacosta Hotel is lucky to have him. The interior of the hotel is noisy from fellow guests, (and an amateur football team?) Sounds echo through the hallways. And the guests in the adjacent room smoked, and left the door open so the hall smelled of smoke. And smoke came through the ventilation system into my room throughout the day and night. It would be better if smoking and non-smoking rooms were on separate floors. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options.
