The staff were very friendly! I felt safe and it was conveniently located to where I needed to go. I was surprised that for being an extended stay, there was a kitchen but no cups, plates, silverware, etc. A few suggestions for the room I stayed in would be to make sure outside of fridge is cleaned better, make sure smoke detector is not dangling from the ceiling and add some items to the kitchen so that people don't have to buy things to use the kitchen!

Other than the railing in bathroom falling off when I barely touched it our experience was good. Place was clean and staff were very friendly.

The staff was great. The property is a little worn out but it looks like they are putting some money in the property. They had just finished seal coating the parking lot and repainted.

Room was ok, hallways were filthy and smelled bad. There were no dishes in the “fully stocked kitchen” couldn’t find an ice machine, and unable to get ahold of staff for extra pillows and bedding.

Front desk hours are limited. One of the bed mattress laid on the floor with no bed frame while the box spring was leaning against the wall. One bed didn't have a set of blanket nor linen. Didn't get house cleaning and and replacement of bathing towels. 1 out of 5 stars.

Upon checking in the key didn't work and we had to use the stairs to the third floor. No luggage carts. After getting a working key we went into the room and it was dirty. The toilet was dirty inside and out. There were also dogs barking nearby. We moved to a different room which was also very dirty. There was a can of spilled Sprite on the floor, dirty socks under the bed, toenail clippings on the floor, and hair all over the bathroom—another trip down the stairs to request a broom from the desk. We spent about 30 minutes cleaning our own room before settling in. Now, 9:30, and our supper was cold. We ate and went to bed. At 10:30 the hallways were so loud we had to call the desk again. We definitely expected a LOT more for a $ 150-a-night hotel.

The front desk staff were Very friendly & accommodating. "Breakfast" should not be mentioned as it was practically Non Existent, it was a Light Snack at Best.

My husband and I have used this hotel in the past and liked it because we travel with our dog and it happens to be close to our favorite rstaurant,Nakishimas. We haven't been here in a few years and it was extremely disappointing! The room was filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged and the refrigerator sounded like it was going to die any minute. We couldn't use the light fixture next to the bed because it was broke. I honestly should rate this terrible but the front desk man,Tyler, did take down the room number and wrote down all the issues.I won't be back it's not worth it. There are a lot more hotels to choose from that do a better job for the money.
