The restaurants around the property are excellent. However, the bath had trash in the jets that I pulled out- knotted hair and slime. The faucet on the bath shoots out to hit the upper side of the bath, which sprays water everywhere- rim of tub, floor, back at you. The bath with jets was the main reason why I booked the room, which is why I was very disappointed. The breakfast does not start until 8:30, which is after most tours have started and you’ve already left the building. The hotel itself shares a courtyard with an apartment complex, so all day is the sound of normal city apartment life with crying babies, dogs, someone singing his heart out off key, etc.

Great stay at Etruria
We had a great time at Etruria. They had a good size apartment for family, they served good breakfast, staff was courteous and welcoming, place was clean. It was close to all tourist spots by bus. Only minor issue I would report that our room was underground and there were bugs as probably there was no bug-screen. Highly recommended for families. Make sure to have a working phone so that you can reach property if you reach after 1pm.

The service of the staff was exceptional, only real issue was no windows in the room, just 3 sunroofs which would close when it rained so it got stuffy in there a little bit.

Great hotel
Great location with a modern accommodation. Our room was underground so was a bit humid/damp but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was great! Excellent service and a good choice of goodies. All in all we loved this place!

did not like the location, did not like the 3 keys just to enter all of the gates and how the front door was in the middle on many apartment buildings. it was loud and a dark street. not much around to walk to.

Very nice stay in Rome
When we arrived the shower and the sink were clogged. Also one of the cups was dirty. But I called the 24 hs. number and everything was solved the next day. The room is spacious and very well decorated. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. you are pretty near everywhere and we have the metro and buses. The entrance is very well maintained.

Great Room and amenities. Breakfast was included and had a great selection of pastries/juices/fruits/yogurts. Owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place and would certainly stay here again. Also place is fairly close to metro and just off of bus line. We enjoyed our stay here! Ciao Gina/Nick/Katerina.

Beautiful little boutique hotel safe & private
The hotel was a small boutique style hotel that felt extremely safe and secure. It was very clean, excellent service, amazing breakfast and fast Wifi. Nick was who helped us he spoke excellent English and was informative. He even arranged a car for direct transportation to the airport for us on our departure so we wouldn't have to take luggage thru the metro. I can't think of her name but a beautiful blonde Italian woman helped us on our last day, limited English but enough to understand and she made us feel even more welcome by storing our luggage and allowing us a key until our ride arrived. cozy, quiet and romantic in every way. would stay again. just a few minutes from the metro so it makes it easy.

Unique, charming, comfortable hotel.
Service was a bit . . . quirky, but I really don't have a bad thing to say. The place is small, I'd be mindful of this. Don't expect the same service style that is commonplace in a larger hotel. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned as the previous guests overstayed a bit, but our bags were stowed away for our convenience, and the concierge did everything within his power to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Will definitely be back!!
