"We loved our stay! Our kids loved the pool and we loved the views! The rooms are older and there are lots of cosmetic issues we noticed (cracking paint, peeling wall paper, etc), but the beds were super comfortable and everything worked as it should. Prices at the restaurant were high for the food, but that’s expected at a hotel. Our only complaint the whole stay was chicken cooked at the restaurant that was rock hard. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back next time we visit Gatlinburg. "

"Always stay at the Cherokee casino hotel when passing through. Such a beautiful place and town to stay in. Hotel and casino was great as well. So many options to choose from for food plus the entertainment."
