We always stay at Holiday Inn Expresses because they are mostly all the same and you know what you're getting. We reserved a room on 8/6/24 on our way to Wekiwa State Park so we could get there early, we live 2 hours away. When we arrived the lady working said it was reserved for 8/13/24 but it wasn't a problem she could fix everything. We paid the attendant for our stay and was told it was taken care of. We waited a few days and called because we never got our refund. We were told to contact Expedia. Expedia refused to pay us back because the hotel has already been paid. The hotel refused to refund because it was through Expedia. We ask the hotel since they were already paid could we change the date to another day so we wouldn't be out of the money we spent. They refused to help us in any way. I understand we messed up with the original reservation but we were told everything would be alright. The attendant was very pleasant and it all was probably just they way everything worked out. Expedia received payment for the reservation. The hotel received payment for our reservation. I don't understand why this multi billion dollar corporation, or the management of this hotel couldn't do anything about it. We talked to Expedia and the Hotel several times and days prior to the reservation date. You probably won't miss my money but I'll never stay at another Holiday Inn again if I can help it.

Recently stayed here for one night while some work was being done at my home. It had been years since I stayed at a holiday inn so wasn’t sure what to expect. The hotel itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The employee that checked me processed my stay quickly so I could get to my room right away. I stayed in one of the suite rooms and it was very well appointed. Bathroom has dove products throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

I really liked this property clean, nice breakfast, and very friendly staff but I did have a cockroach fall on my arm after pulling down a folded towel and room seemed terribly humid even after lowering thermostat. Additionally, the light in the front entryway was out. Didn’t bother saying anything about the light as it was only the entry way, however, had to turn on all the other lights in the room otherwise would have been way too dark.

Everything was great, just would have liked for the water pressure in the sink to be stronger
