I made a reservation by mistake for the same day at 5:00pm, literally call them half hour later that I realized about it to let them know that I made a mistake on the dates and asked if they could cancel the reservation so I won’t be charged for not showing up and their response was NO, tried to do it through Expedia, they called the hotel to explain the situation and again received a negative answer. I know it was my mistake but I would have expected some flexibility and understanding as I called them right after making the mistake. Of course they charged the full amount for the night. Be aware of their unflexible policies and horrible client service before making a reservation. There are many good options in the area so try to avoid this hotel
