Served me rancid meat on a burger and when I said I wasn’t paying for it told me I had to and try to get a reimbursement at checkout which didn’t happen
Lazy lazy staff. Sat around on their phones all day and never serve you
They are lovely people but truly lazy
Pool was green and slimy
Do not go here it is discusting and over priced

Obviously new rooms but amenities were still being developed. Great staff make up for this. Found both service charges and rooms quite pricey after being in Kuala Lumpar 5 Star hotels and were a lot cheaper than Sheraton Aggies. Found booking by internet Expedia cheaper than if you book by telephone or locally. At least a third cheaper, I asked they couldn’t explain why?

Good stay in obviously relatively new rooms and loved the open lobby. Prices were quite high all round though.

Amazing customer service - a few things not operating yet. But once it all does I’m sure it will be great. Tv didn’t work
