"Be careful not to get this one mixed up with the other central hotel in Luxembourg, this one is on Rue Du Kiem in Neudorf (short distance to Kirchberg). Yes, there were a few niggles here and there, but my general feelings about the Central were good. The room was nice and modern, the bed comfortable and the room quiet and a comfortable temperature. We visited in October and all was fine, however the hotel does not have any air conditioning, so in the summer months, things may be different....

"Amazing stay. Reception were extremely helpful and even complimented us with an early check in upon arrival. Apartment clean with fully equipped kitchen. We did not find the apartments hot at night as stated in previous reviews. Apartment was road facing and all road noise was blocked out by the triple glazing. "The apartment is in a very central location. A two minute wall to the main train station and also a lot of decent restaurants. It was very expensive and not that much higher then a standard size hotel room. It was very clean and had a great bathroom - they came and cleaned every day which was great. However, it’s road facing and I got the one on the first floor. So I heard the traffic and people throughout the night. Also the WiFi was terrible. Was not great particularly as I needed to have...

"A very nice hotel that is close to both the train station and old town/city center Luxembourg. There was some noise from road works outside the hotel, but that’s not the hotel’s fault at all. "After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"

"The sink is in the middle of the room and was stinking. The smell could best be described as stool mixed with dry piss. We could not sleep all night. This hotel was supposed to be our resting spot on the way to Holland but we couldn’t get neither rest nor sleep. "
