Staff interaction was minimal. Check in/out was easy. Space/amenities were adequate. Location was excellent for my dining and excursion needs. Unfortunately, it appears my room had bedbugs, which is going to make the next few days uncomfortable, assuming I didn't carry away hitchhikers.

Posted 1 Nov 2020 on HotelsParking available advertised, but parking not included with hotel. Additionally, no drive up parking for unloading car available. Thin walls and windows. But very clean! And very friendly staff!!

Posted 20 Nov 2017 on HotelsFantastic location in the heart of Sendai! Lots of food choices nearby and the hotel staff were quite helpful. Sendai station is a 3/4 mile walk from the hotel.

It was easy to get around, very interesting area, nice location! It was a small room for three of us but this is in Japan city, so nothing to complain!
