"Even though we booked this 9 months in advance there were no rooms ready, not because they were busy they just weren't ready. We had to wait an hour for a room to be cleaned. The showers were freezing. The bathroom grubby. The picture online is nothing like the hotel it must have been taken 20 years ago. The building is old and tired. "The Hotel is nice and clean, the wifi works good and the rooms are nice (except the floor was not clean at all). But the huge downgrade is the staff. They are friendly, but you have to ask at least twice for everything. Just a few examples: - we asked three times for an ashtray - we asked three times for some towels - there was an event at the hotel so we were asked what we want for breakfast and on what time, because the restaurant was closed and breakfast was on the balcony.
