Well located, and comfortable. Lack of onsite staff, and remote only assistance is an issue.

The apartment was superbly equipped, spacious, in a good location and generally very clean. The only deduction of one star is rhat the unmanned entrance with just a keypad to access felt a little unsafe as anyone could tailgate - with the lift then requiring no pincode to access all floors. That said once inside we experienced no problems or issue. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in Belgium. Antwerp railway station was simply amazing. We visited Bruges, Brussels and of course Antwerp. Public transport was great and easy to navigate. People were friendly. We loved the accommodation and that the bedroom was separate along with the toilet and bathroom

We enjoyed our stay here. It was easy checking in through the app. The hotel is in a great area. Close to the historic city center, lots of restaurants and a grocery store is next door.

I wouldn’t stay there again stains on pillows and Communication was terrible and horrible. Customer service was rubbish and yeah, I wouldn’t stay there again.
