Perfect location

Not the experience we are used to
Posted 27 May 2024 on HotelsI have stayed with my family a few times at this hotel and generally it is quite good apart from this stays service issues. We ordered a drink in the bar which was not very busy and then waited 20 mins to receive it even after asking where it was twice. Upon delivering the said round of drinks a bottle of coke was dropped onto me and my partner. They were of course apologetic but it compounded an already frustrating situation. We had booked the restaurant for 8pm and told the staff that we had however by 8.10pm no one had told us our table was ready so we just went through ourselves. We paid the full bill even though we should not have really paid for the spilt drinks. Overall the hotel is good but the service this time left a lot to be desired.

Not ideal !
Posted 8 Aug 2022 on HotelsI booked 3 rooms in this hotel.. Hotel was generally clean but i was quite speechless when i found out that some rooms have no AC.. they provided a small fan though but in this warm weather it wasnt very useful.
there was no double bed in the room but 2 beds put together which wasnt ideal.
When having lunch, there was a worm in the straw of the drink which was disgusting and unacceptable.
Good thing was that parking was on site and free.
