Completely unmanned hotel is quite unusual.
I want at least an installed phone in the hotel that is available for 24 hours.
If I had the opportunity to stay again, I would feel more relieved.
This time, I felt troubled and uneasy.
Especially when I checked in
I pushed the call button on the front door, but nobody answered.
I called to the hotel number three times, but nobody answered, although I got a callback later.

Great location for West side of Antwerp area
Posted 21 Nov 2017 on HotelsNew small hotel with several studio type rooms on 3 floors and common business room and bar fridge and breakfast laid out with table and chairs.No reception, access at front door is via a code provided in advance, and room accessed same way. Good size room had twin beds, with self catering facility, shower ,all very clean and simple and modern.
Parking is available at the back under cover. Location is just minutes away from main motorway, convenient for Antwerp, and local businesses on the west bank of the river,or if heading to Ghent -Bruges areas- quiet village location, possible to purchase own food etc. Self service continental breakfast was adequate,one staff member on duty, various drinks were also available.Free Wi-Fi .Would stay here again
