It’s a basic hotel, the room is very basic and the towels are on the small/thin side but it was clean, good shower, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the train station and easy to walk everywhere. For a budget accommodation it was fine and I would stay at it again

The property, Ibis Budget is a disgrace to human dignity. No hair dryers in the rooms; no soap to wash your hand; no chair to sit on; small bath towels; small pillows; and no telephone even to call the reception in possible cases of emergency. There is also no air conditioning or ventilator. I was there in September; I wonder what people are doing in summers and winters.

As a value-focused hotel, we are transparent about our amenities, which include flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and 24/7 reception services. Though we don't have in-room hairdryers, we do offer them at reception with a refundable deposit. Our bathrooms are equipped with soap dispensers for handwashing and showers, and we regret if this was not apparent during your stay.We acknowledge that our rooms do not have air conditioning due to the typically moderate climate in this part of Europe, but we do allow windows to be opened further upon request for additional ventilation. Regarding seating, while we do not provide chairs in every room due to space constraints, we strive to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and functional space. We apologize if the size of our bath towels and pillows didn't meet your comfort needs. Sticky floors, very bad cleaning. They never cleaned our daughter's bunkbed or pick-up the tea cups. Thr clening was the very bare minimum. A budget hotel shpuld not mean dirty.

Basic but good

Hotel was as expected budget price so no frills but more than adequate check in was quick and efficient and the staff i dealt with were helpful and friendly The room was basic but fine for 1 night stay There was a tariff of 8 euros for breakfast but it was good with decent choice also the position of the hotel just behind the main railway station was exellent for transport links and for restaurants and bars nearby
