I was so happy that I chose Hotel FRANQ for my last stop in Belgium - at the end of a trip when you start to get a little bit tired. The staff was remarkable, going above and beyond in every way. The room was spacious and comfy - the right amount of luxury without being stuffy. And, as a treat I had dinner one night at their Michelin starred Restaurant FRANQ and the food and the staff were amazing. I loved this place and would choose it again if I were to visit Antwerp again.

Lovely hotel but disappointed with broken shower
Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsMy mum and I stayed for 3 nights, the hotel is gorgeous, great location and the staff are really friendly. I would have given 5 stars, however, we were disappointed that our shower was broken during our stay and wouldn't drain properly. On reporting, an engineer came on the second night, but was even worse. We were not offered any form of compensation for this.

This is the perfect place to stay in Antwerp. It’s located centrally - close to the train station, historic town square including the church designed by Ruben, and is walkable to local hangouts and shopping areas. The hotel has a cool history being a former bank and the staff are knowledgeable about this history and the area.

It was an amazing time at this hotel the staff was awesome and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to friends and family.
