We loved our stay here. It was an amazing location and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. It’s more like an apartment vacation rental as there’s no lobby, front desk, etc but the staff was always available and attentive!

A very good apart-hotel, beautiful interior fitout. The app is very useful, and explains how to use all the amenities in the room. The hotel is more beautiful than the pictures online. The room was very very big. Staff are very attentive and helpful, replying to WhatsApp messages quickly. The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk from the metro and close walk to Antwerps popular shopping city. If I had to be very picky, the only thing I would say is that some features offered online and via Expedia are outdated. For example, Expedia offer pay at the property however this is not possible as there is no concierge desk. So they will charge your card full payment a few days before your stay. Also, we were told a welcome bottle of champagne on check in, which we did not get. Also, the room was told to have SONOS (surround speakers) which we later found out is no longer a feature for their rooms. The websites need updating. However, that was not enough to ruin our stay. It was amazing and we will definitely be coming back.

Very good property. Nice and newest...everything is updated and well organized. But, I cannot stay here again. No human being attended, also they don't have a luggage storage, I had a headache after chek out. 1 or 2 hours in Antwerpen with my luggages, I was in hell. Very good hotel, but they were not perfect.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Ideally located, full of modcons. Warm and extremely clean. Highly recommended
