The apartment itself, on two levels, was lovely, and quite comfortable. The location of the property was great, just 15 mins from the station. But the room was noisy, in terms of hearing the banging about of other apartment users. There were dead bugs squashed against ceilings and walls. The heating didn't work. On the third day, the WiFi stopped working. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The check-in took too long, as the reception was unmanned and we waited for a little while until someone came out to greet us and check us in. We were given an upgrade to a big flat and that was a nice surprise. The flat had a note asking us to clean the kitchen before we left to avoid being charged for cleaning. I find that excessive. This is a hotel after all and it is expected for room maids to clean after you when you check out.

This is a standard practice in hotels with kitchen facilities. Kitchen was disappointing and room was very noisy due to street and apartment above.

Superb Front Desk Staff; Comfortable Apartment
Posted 25 Jun 2022 on HotelsThe front desk staff were exceptional. I am sorry that I did not get all of their names, but I do remember Winston very well, a kind and friendly soul. Their thoughtfulness and kindness went a long way towards making my stay memorable. In addition, the room (actually, apartment with kitchenette) to which I was assigned was roomy, bright, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was convenient and I have nothing to suggest in the way of improvement. The online photos were representative of the apartment in which I stayed.

My room had a bad isolation window, we heard all the streets at the morning, the concierge was So welcoming and happier
