Lovely location - very quiet

Room well prepared except for tea making facilities - only 2 tea bags, broken biscuits and a chocolate bar to share

Should not have been surprising as we endeavour to make it clear that you can book without breakfast which a lot of guests use when leaving early for early morning flights. Also website should clearly indicate when booking that it is on a person basis. Can you raise both these complaints with the website provider as they are beyond our control (although generally guests seem to have no issue, so they may not do anything). Rooms should be well stockedand if that was the case we can only apologise. By not raising such issues at the time it leaves it difficult to raise with the cleaner.
