"The property is overpriced in my opinion, I had a discount rate, and would have been very disappointed if I’d paid the full amount. Advertised with a free standing bath, there was no bath. No view from the bedroom because there were no windows. There was a slight damp smell, probably because the room had no ventilation. "The place is very good, a 10-minute walk from downtown. The room is spacious and comfortable. There's even a safe in the room to leave the valuables. Breakfast is available from 7.00 AM. It won't even be possible to boil water for coffee before 7.00 AM. So if you're going to go out for a tour, like earlier in the morning, it would be helpful to take a kettle with you to make some water for coffee in the room."

"This hotel was the first location that we saw in Havan, It is more like a BB location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. As I wrote, the staff was great, the bed was comfortable. The problem was there was no seat on the toilet stool, the wifi connection was bad, you needed to be in the rooms close to the lobby to get a connection. and the area of the hotel is very poor with a bad smell."
