It has a good vibe to it but they could definitely do more to activate their space (bar, DJ, movie nights, yoga, etc)

While the staff that was present during check in was friendly, they did not honor my reservation as I had booked it on Expedia. The reservation was for a private room but once I showed up, I was asked to pay more or move to a dormitory even though I had priced checked the place and seen the room. The dormitory did not have a lock adding to my uneasyness. Once, the owner fine tunes hostel management and customer service, I think it will be a better place to stay.

Following the information you mentioned is that there was a misunderstanding with your reservation, according to what you booked was 3 single beds for female in a bedroom, the description of our property is clearly the type of room, but when you previously visited the facilities what they were shown was a private room at a completely different price, both with costs and descriptions on our online pages. Again, we appreciate the time to make this feedback, we value it and it is a support to strengthen our service, but in this case the staff was only doing their job following the instructions corresponding to your reservation, That was the reason you will be consulted by a payment of difference to the cost of your original reservation.
