Spent just one night here. Glad it wasn’t longer because the mattress was rockhard and super uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hotel itself is nice: conveniently located, large room, decent looking property.

I loved the network of interconnected gardens , the view of the volcano from my bedroom window, and proximity to the Arco de Santa Catalina. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

This is a great hotel. It's beautiful and the staff is super friendly. I would only recommend that you request an inside room. If you get a room on the outer part (meaning the windows access the outside of the hotel), then be ready to hear all the noise happening in the area. The people walking by and talking and cars going by. But aside from that, I would recommend this hotel.

I had some issues upon my initial arrival that were primarily self inflicted. The whole hotel staff went above and beyond to correct all of the situations. I would highly recommend staying here. The surrounding area here is beautiful and I would also highly recommend that you take a Viator chicken bus tour if you have the opportunity.

Very quiet place. Great food and very nice hotel
