I like that they are very accommodating to my needs. I was able to leave my large baggage in storage while I traveled for a day or 2 to other towns nearby.

Hotel Mesón del Valle provided an excellent experience from start to finish. They reached out before our stay with important information, which made everything so much easier. The staff was incredibly kind, the hotel was spotless, and we felt completely safe throughout our visit. The location is perfect—close to everything! Their exceptional service and convenient proximity to the main attractions make this place highly recommended. A fantastic stay overall!

The staff had someone stay up late for our late arrival- much appreciated! Clean rooms, beautiful place! Super convenient for Acatenango hike pickup

Great location & friendly staff. Room was nice but the bathroom was very cramped & the room lighting was poor. Otherwise a great place to stay & excellent location.
