There were bedbugs we could immediately see when we checked in. Based on the language barrier I could not get a refund on 2 nights paid (240USD). Of course I reached out to expedia for a refund. Due to the language barrier, customer service could not get a n immediate answer.

A nice little hotel in Antigua
Posted 23 May 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is very pretty and the pictures show that. But it's several blocks away from the main square which means walking over the rocky streets which we did several times a day - or renting a taxi or tut tut.
The morning breakfast was nice with coffee so you don't have to travel.
The beds were not too comfortable and I would give it an overall 6 out of 10.

Easy to check in and out, very much a minimalist quiet spot away from the town center, but great value for its price.
