The staff was great. The location is unbeatable; close to many restaurants and landmarks. It was very nice having the jacuzzi in the room.

Disgusting still good to describe that place, don’t recommend you to stay, there was hair everywhere and the bathroom was dirty and when I say dirty I mean it, they didn’t clean the room for us, used towels, unacceptable, but we got there at 11 pm that’s why they took advantage

This is my second time there and I love it. Will continue to stay here. Price is reasonable. It's within walking distance of everything. Very clean and nice.

The property was great overall, the bathrooms can be cleaned better, the walls were dirty, and there was a ring in the toilet and sink of hard water. The walls can be cleaned and the hard water can be removed with a pumice stone. The sheets were a bit old and worn and the towels although new needed to be washed a few more times before being used by guest as they left a lot of fuzz on your body. These are pretty simple improvements that I'm sure the hotel will do. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is one of the most convenient locations in Antigua as it is in walking distance of almost everything you need. If they can clean up a little better in the rooms it is a perfect small hotel to stay at.
