This hotel is so quiet and peaceful. The rooms and courtyards ate stunning and the staff is amazing. Edgar, Flaviana, and Christiano were super attentive and responsive. They personally welcomed us with a beautiful breakfast every morning and made sure we had whatever we needed. The bed was comfortable and the area so quiet that it made for uninterrupted sleep. The location is very safe and walkable to great restaurants and shopping. This hotel is a gem - a true boutique with only 7 or so rooms. Everything was clean and the rooms smelled fresh. I cannot recommend this hotel enough; it exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for making our trip to Guatemala perfect. We will definitely return for another escape. Julie and Michael

This property is truly perfect, quiet perfect to relax the staff are friendly and professional they will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay here perfect. highly recommend this place! Would definitely stay here again.

The place is so clean,,nice and comfortable and the most value is the staff they were so attentive and friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our stay there ,we really recommend this hotel.

Huge beautiful rooms, despite no A/C—Ceiling fan helped. I would definitely stay here again.

Small beautiful house. Walking distance from good restaurants. Around 7 blocks from the Central Park.
The staff is so nice and polite.

The staff members at Casa Santa Rosa were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast al fresco in the garden. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious.

Very personalized and super clean. Love the attention of the staff to little details. Vehicle was secured in the facility. I will definitely staying again.
