Great hotel overall, clean and with a nice traditional Guatemalan design. The staff are really helpful.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The front desk staff was great, especially Ana Julia!!!! She is so knowledgeable of the area and gave us great recommendations of where to eat or what to visit. The breakfast was delicious. The view of the volcanoes from the second floor is breathtaking.

Staff was very friendly and the place was very well maintained and clean. The AC in the rooms worked great. Breakfast was include, it would be nice if the install a coffee maker in the rooms.
