This hotel is beautiful and quaint as it only has maybe 10 rooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! You also have access to a couple of other hotels and their restaurants and amenities.

Casa Encantada was exactly what I was looking for: a unique boutique hotel; cute, clean, safe, and walking distance from main Antigua shopping and activities. Staff were super helpful and courteous; and I was extremely pleasantly surprised to be offered the suite when I checked in. Only suggestion I have is to please deep clean the bath tub. Nonetheless, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!!

Hotel was beautiful and intimate. Amazing service. We were able to watch the volcano every morning while having breakfast. Priceless experience.

Stepping stones over water!

The hotel was very nice and pleasant. Staff went out their way to make your stay memorable.
My room had everything you need, clean and a/c equipped.
It’s worth staying at this hotel.
