My Stay at Ibis Style Montpellier Centre
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsEverything was nice. Great location at a waking distance of most of Montpellier’s attractions. Reception was nice to give me multiple choices of rooms so I was able to choose the one I felt comfortable in. The one thing that can be improved is breakfast. Also as the building is shared by 2 Accor hotels, breakfast is very busy and noisy at this period of the year.

This was a great hotel. Literally less than a minute from the centre of the city. Was a little noisy but only due to the road sweepers and skip trucks outside which come around between 4 and 6 am (price you pay for a clean city I suppose!!). Staff were excellent and breakfast was lovely. Free coffee from the machines for guests. I would definitely visit again.

Wouldn’t recommend
Posted 19 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is ok. Good location. Safe and secure. Near to main square. However, the staff had a very lazy attitude to helping and customer service. I felt like I worked there at times. For example there are tea and coffee facilities available for use at all times ( none in rooms) but no milk or spoons left out. You have to ask. One guy sent us off to the beach but failed to mention there was no shade or ability to buy water there. When things went wrong they seemed to find it funny. No fridge in room. Ok but wouldn’t stay again.
