The hotel is old need renovation the carpet is smelly and stuffy and no AC only I like it because it’s close to all the area

Since the hotel operates year-round, these renovations are carried out gradually, which may take longer than we would like.We would like to inform you that the hotel uses a central air conditioning system, which switches to winter mode starting November 1st. During the off-season, the air conditioning system provides fresh air to the room. This information is available to all guests, and we recommend considering it when planning your stay at our hotel.Additionally, if you have any questions or requests, we encourage you to contact our Guest Relations department. Our colleagues are always happy to assist you in resolving any reguests. After reviewing the records in our system, we did not find any mentions of complaints regarding the service provided to you. Superb hotel but expected as it’s 5*
No complaints at all and loved the concierge support from Zuzu and the team.
My only slight disappointment is the food is always good but it’s not great - a lot of it - especially the meat and fish goes dry - and never is it 5* - it’s a decent buffet but not a good restaurant standard.

The service was immaculate and the staff friendly and very helpful. Facilities are a bit dated for a 5star resort but they’ve invested in a the services to make it top notch

First time stayed at the Rixos, great atmosphere. Many options for dining. Can’t go wrong with a private beach. Will definitely go back and stay there

Wasnt a pleasant stay. Alot of the staff find it hard communicating in English. The first day i went to the pool me and my 2 year son wanted a beach bed but was told there was none available only to walk back round and see beds offered to other guests. We happened to be the only black guests at the time. I felt more was done to accomodate other ethnicities. The all inclusive only allowed access to one restaurant and the others had to be paid for which is not what ive experienced at other all inclusive resorts. Certain alcohols were also not included in the all inclusive. I booked a private car to take me and my son and my freinds children to the zoo which i was told my the hotel staff was a 30 min drive and quoted 180 euros, it turnt out i was misled and it was a 10 min drive. It was quite a bad experience and probably would not stay at this resort again and wouldnt go to turkey again. The only positive thing i would say was the weather was quite nice.

We are excited and proud to welcome guests of all races, religions, and languages from around the world, as we believe that embracing other cultures and people strengthens and teaches us to be more tolerant and understanding. Our hotel staff is also international, and our employees speak different languages such as Turkish, Russian, Persian, German, Arabic, Ukrainian, Italian, French (recently added), as well as English. We believe that everyone should be able to simply communicate their queries or requests to the right hotel services, which is why we take foreign language training so seriously. We are disappointed that you had some misconceptions owing to linguistic issues. For easy communication, we provide your Personal Holiday Assistant service, where your Assistants create a WhatsApp group for you and communicate with you on a daily basis. Regarding the situation with sunbed, we regret that your perceive this situation in this way. The guest who was offered to get a vacated bed came few minutes before you but you didn't see them. However, as previously said, the satisfaction of all of our guests is our top priority, therefore your personal Holiday Assistant intervened and arranged for you to have a sunbed. We have noted your feedback regarding the insufficient number of sunbeds by the pool and will certainly take it into consideration. What is concerns your feedback about the all-inclusive system, we offer a diverse selection of food and beverages that meet international standards. Our concept includes one complimentary visit to an à la carte restaurant for guests staying four nights or more. With reference to the zoo shuttle transfer, we would like to furnish the subsequent details. The distance from the hotel to the zoo is 11 kilometers. The duration of the trip depends on road traffic, and sometimes this route can take more than 30 minutes. The transfer service is provided by a third-party organization, and the hotel is not responsible for their operations. However, we will ensure that we share your feedback with the transport company and ask them to be more accommodating to our guests.We hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you again at our hotel and provide you with a better service for a more positive experience.Kind regards,
