The night staff (man with a broken arm) was so rude and not happy to help whatsoever with giving us basic necessities like towels and toilet roll when asked. Our room was not cleaned for the 7 days we stayed even when we asked. The man rang our room and argued with us calling us “disgusting” and repeating the fact that it is only a 3 star hotel not a 5 so we shouldn't expect anything better. He claimed he is only there to check people in and out of the hotel and it is not his job to help us. He just sat there watching movies on his laptop everynight. There was mould on the shower ceiling, the cabinet draw fell off randomly, the was a random ladies slipper under the bed along side other hairballs, dust and litter. We were never given basic necessities until we asked ourself and even then we got attitude given for “not asking the day staff” which we did but nothing was done about it. The hotel claims it is a spa but has nothing to do with being a spa and when we asked they made up an excuse. We didn't mind the lack of property facilities and conditions until the last day when the night staff man spoke so rudely to us in the lobby and then ringing our room that other guests heard and said they had been experiencing the same level of service.

WHEN YOU ASK A CLEANING SERVICE AT 4:00 AM IN THE MORNING THEN YOU WILL NOT GET IT.THE ROOM SERVICE WORKS FROM 7:00 AM UNTIL 12:00 AT MID NIGHT. AFTER THAT ONLY WATER AND TOILET PAPER CAN BE GIVEN.IT WAS VERY RUDE OF YOU THAT ASKED A CLEANING SERVICE AT 4 AM IN THE MORNING FROM AN INJURED MAN.LACK OF CLEANLINESS AND BROCKEN STUFF IN YOUR ROOM WASN'T HIS RESPONSIBILITY.YOU TOLD TO THE GUY THAT YOU HAVE PAID AND YOU WANT 24 HOUR SERVICE.

I recently stayed at Les Lion Luxury Spa and had a disappointing experience. Upon entering the room, we encountered a cockroach. When we reported it to the staff, one of the members simply kicked it out with his foot, which felt very unprofessional. The cleanliness of the room was severely lacking. It was very dusty, and we found hairs on the floor throughout the room as well as in the bedding. The air conditioning unit was inadequate; it was too weak to cool the room properly. Additionally, the soap dispenser was empty, and the shower caused the entire bathroom to flood. Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory due to these issues. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

The biggest room had enough space for beds only, AC was working but temperature was warmer than outside. The picture posted is no reflection of the area. Overal pictures are not reflecting the inside or outside of the hotel.
