Recipient person is nice and friendly. Location is good for public transport. Bad thing is cleaning and damaged things not repaired.

The sewage smell from outside as well as cigarette smoke around premises gets into the room. One of the cushion looks very dirty.

This cannot be a hotel. No room service. The bed sheet , room floor. Walls were all dirty. The heater was not working.

Old, motel like atmosphere, cleanliness is lacking towels dinghy, stains on bed sheets, wholes in bathroom wall, cigarette smell, room door lock flimsy, window not closing properly, toilet seat serve brownish discoloration, television wouldn’t turn on, AC on strange timer, electric went out.
