The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Anna and Cemal from the Guest Relations desk – they were truly exceptional. Their support and attention throughout our stay made a big difference. They were always available, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. The food quality across all restaurants was impressive – a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes with something for everyone. The service in the dining areas was also top-notch, with prompt and courteous staff. The beach experience was a highlight. The hotel’s private beach club is very well maintained – clean, spacious, and with crystal-clear waters. The beach club offers food and drink service, which added an extra layer of comfort and convenience while enjoying the sea.
