Breakfast was horrible and room was no clean

Staffs are polite & helpful. My room nice & clean. I booked at Azzuu hotel but they moved me to the hotel opposite. I arrived late. I was too tired. It was so noisy. I couldn't sleep. I was tired at the end of my stay. However, i get it that people surrounding my room on my left and right side, can speak and enjoy but it was just too much. And the Sun beds were occupied all day long by the same people. Fighting and shouting. No respects & considerations to others. There shd be limited time for use on those sunbeds. There shd be a hotel courtesy rules Other guests also want to lay down on those sunbeds. And want peace and quiet.

Nice, clean hotel with super friendly staff that is super close to a nice mall and several good restaurants, only thing that would made my stay even better if there was not so much fly's around that would not leave me alone but fly's are not only there but everywhere in Antalya.

A lovely hotel which is close by to amenities as well Terra City shopping centre (15 mins walk).
It has many services including a full service spa.
Staff are friendly and the design of the hotel is 'chic'.
The pool is in the centre between the 2 buildings and you have a refreshing view.
My only negative is that there are no chairs in the standard rooms unless you ask for one and that breakfast probably should be more varied.
I would highly recommend staying here!

Had a bit of a hiccup at check-in, but due to the helpful and friendly manager, and in particular the guest relations ‘Beyza’ things were resolved efficiently. Beyza makes the customers feel welcome and listened to and is an asset to Azuu. Both sides to the Hotel are clean and it also has great swimming pool and lovely breakfast!
