3 room changes before we got what we booked. Pool not open. Staff rude

I have stayed at hundreds if not thousands of hotels around the world. This hotel is the one that will always stand out as one of the best. The hotel is in Hatay, Turkey 🇹🇷 and is a five star hotel that offers guests a truly remarkable visit. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be awestruck by the lobby in of itself. Then you see the rest of the hotel which includes a hot thermal pool, fresh water pools a huge outdoor pool with water slide. The breakfasts were the best in Turkey. Very few employees spoke english but you’ll learn to overcome the language differences. They really try to make it work. The only downfall was a 3.6 MPs WiFi but that was more for me to figure out how to deal with it. Highly recommended 10/10. I was here 4 nights. I can’t wait to return again ❤️

the offer included shuttle bus transportation from/to Airport ,but I had to pay !! that was disappointing.
I missed my flight to Hatay so I arrived 12hours late, I found my room but expected a treat from them, like for instance offer one more free night, or allow late check-in .
there was a bee in the room

Everything was great except SPA service

Cons: Spa services
The hotel was great and we wanted to try spa services with additional cost. Even though we spent a high end amount, the service was equal to the cheapest spa locations. I think spa staff had chosen from housekeepers, not from trained pros.

Posted 5 Aug 2016 on HotelsIt was a horrible... Crowd, terrible foods, interesting people, they charge money for everything even for tea or orange juice in the breakfast, very bad room view, pure bathroom, uneducated staff.
