Great views nice ambience....just not for ambulant disabled ...great for younger people....the residents lounge was so comfy...

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing
Location: Fantastic location - sea view, bus stop and shops right outside
This is quite possibly the best hostel I've stayed in in the UK. Beautiful building, fabulous sea view, comfortable room, warm showers, lovely well-equipped kitchen and friendly laid-back staff. Can't fault it!

There are plenty of bathrooms which are super clean and the showers are excellent - just what you need after a walk in the sea air! The place is very close to restaurants buts there's also a large well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended and a great base for exploring the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Murray Library. This was our first experience of staying in a hostel and we were very impressed. The building is beautifully maintained, and our room was clean and had a great view over the harbour. The kitchen area is very large and well equipped. Sophie, our host/receptionist, was extremely helpful and a joy to be with. We know the area from previous visits to Scotland anf find it an excellent base for travelling around. Overall, our stay was much higher than our expectations and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

This is a hostel and provides all you would expect with places nearby to eat and drink if you don't feel like cooking yourself
